Each service is thoughtfully customized to enhance your natural beauty while making you feel relaxed, heard, and confident. The studio was created to provide a relaxed, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their results with enhancements that feel natural and true to their vision.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected things can arise. Because The Empress Studio operates by appointment only and time is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will require 50% of the scheduled service total to be paid before rebooking. A new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment. Thank you for respecting our time and policies as we respect yours.
